Atticus Street hitting the Friday night Cherry Bar stage first, somewhat diverging from the prog heavy genre of the evening, made use of the 'early in' crowd and captured attentions from song one. Through out their passion filled set the lads delivered a solid set of Alt Rock bangers amidst a fusing of soulful lyrics and guitar led melodies.  

Home town proggers The Valley Ends troupe taking the second support slot of the eve, making easy work of the already genre influenced evening, slotting perfectly into the nights mix of riffs & melodies. Technically masterful, throughout their time signature complexly laden & heavy filled set.  

From the moment hitting the stage to the final cymbal crash, Brisbane natives owned the Cherry Bar stage. Off the recent release of single 'Drawing Blood' the lads being no stranger to the riffage, paced through a solid forty-five minute set of sheer face melting genius. Melbourne being the final leg of the aforementioned single release tour, adding to the energy and intensity in a no proverbial hole barred onslaught of selections from their previous two EP releases.

Crowd favourites 'Silhouettes' and 'Firefights' standing out as staples. Shrouded in ominous back lit strobes each member respectively using their instruments as extensions of their own anatomy, it this kind of skill level that makes Aerials paramount to the prog-rock genre in Australia.
