MONOLITH FESTIVAL returns…and it’s living up to its name!

Introducing MONOLITH headliners COHEED AND CAMBRIA performing ‘GOOD APOLLO, I’M BURNING STAR IV, VOLUME ONE: FROM FEAR THROUGH MADNESS’ in its entirety on their first Australian tour since 2016

Progressive metal fans, get ready to worship at the altar of shred this November! Monolith Festival returns to Australia, bringing a colossal lineup guaranteed to melt your face. Leading the charge are New York prog rock icons Coheed And Cambria. Not only are they headlining, but they'll be performing their seminal album "Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness" in its entirety. Prepare for a journey through the fantastical world of The Amory Wars!

But Coheed And Cambria is just the first course in this progressive metal feast. Joining them are the Grammy-nominated juggernauts Periphery. Fresh off the critical acclaim of their latest album "Periphery V: Djent Is Not A Genre," they're sure to deliver a powerhouse performance that pushes the boundaries of the genre.

If you crave something more avant-garde, look no further than the innovative Norwegians Leprous. They'll be bringing their brand new album "Melodies of Atonement" alongside a selection of genre-bending anthems from their impressive seven-album catalogue.

Does instrumental mastery make your heart race? Then Canadian outfit Intervals is here to blow you away. They'll showcase their unique blend of djent and progressive metal, spanning everything from their debut album "A Voice Within" to their latest release "Memory Palace."

Monolith isn't just about established names, though. Get ready to witness the future of progressive metal with the Australian debut of French newcomers Novelists. This five-piece powerhouse fuses metalcore and prog for a sound that's both fresh and ferocious. Rounding out the lineup are Melbourne's rising stars Silver Fang. Their 2024 project "Labyrinth" is a perfect example of the new wave of heavy music, putting a fresh spin on classic metal sounds.
